I have an adult film business seeking investment. I hired someone who has been successful with finding mainstream investors in the past, but he has had no success finding capital for an adult business. Any ideas are welcome.
This is an adult media production business. Looking for a total of $600k, but My advisor told me that some of the potential investors he spoke with were suggesting producing one big film (like ‘Pirates, but not that expensive) on a budget of $30k including marketing.

I just started working at home and a large component of my work is returning people’s phone calls. If you requested information about a service or product and indicated that you’d like to be contacted by phone, when would you like to receive the call?

Some people say ‘afternoon’, but aren’t actually home from work yet. Some people say ‘evening’, but I am always afraid that I will interrupt dinner or family time with my call. Some people say ‘weekends’, but most people are out and about on Saturday and many don’t want to do business on Sunday.

I am taking over the family business soon (Worth approx. $500,000)

My parents are worried on how they will still sustain financial freedom after passing on their company to me. It is primarily a cash business and I want for them to retire without having to worry about money. They have savings but nothing is in the bank. (Old Asian generation mentality)

I propose treating them like company board members that take a certain percentage from the business, while I keep the rest for expansion opportunities. What will be fair for both sides? Thank you.

Have a small business and have a customer that has run up a debt and their company is now filing bankruptcy. How does a business go about collecting from the business. We are a small business also there has to be laws to help protect us also. Need some advice on how to legally go about being paid as a creditor. Also if a business says they are filing bankruptcy is it public record and what sites show this record.
