We do something similar, and though I dont own the company I think I have an idea of how it works…
Unless you have a working Visa, you cannot work at the location in the USA. You can however, go there to check up on things.
If you are looking to ship something I would suggesting finding a Pick n Pack service close to where you live and just paying them to do the shipping; handle the phones from Canada, etc.
