I am taking Entrepreneurship 101 at my local community college and the professor gave us our first assignment. We have to find a small business owner we do not know and never met, and interview them 3 separate times. How would I find someone, and how do I get them to let me interview them?

Get out in the community and look around you. Auto repair, dry cleaners, small grocery stores, 7-11…they are everywhere.
How do you get them to let you interview them? Ask. Some will say no but there may be others more than willing to talk about their business, what they do everyday, what it takes to operate a small business.
