theres this stuff…really cheap its like a reall flexible plasic with green lines in it keeps the plants warm and dry but im not sure what its called…..so ill keep looking

A PVC pipe hoop house or a hay bale hut are probably the easiest and most inexpensive to construct. Since you are just starting out, small is better and you can grow your business (no pun intended) as you gain more experience. Look up those two online and I’m sure you’ll find something to fit in your budget. I hope it works out for you.
