Its doable, and not overly difficult. But it does take some work to change it later. a far as keeping finances separate, you can just keep a separate checking account for business and that pretty much keeps them separate in everything but credit.  But in a new small corporation, your personal credit will be pretty closely tied to company anyway.</description>
