I am 1 of 3 partners. 2 of us agree and work very hard. 1 is lazy and has not generated any business. We have an Agreement that states we must be unanimous to dissolve. We would like to kick him out because he does nothing for the progress or good of the company. Is there any legal rights to do so? We feel he has been riding our coattails since our business started. Any help would be appreciated.
