I have two non-moving violations against my drivers license, that have to be paid in full, to reinstate my license, then permits and local licensing requirements, as well as insurance bonding etc., for business operations, as well as a certain amount of materials needed to stock shop facility. Rental fees for shop location. Utilities for shop/office facility include telephone, water, gas, electric, internet access. Advertising is low cost due to already established clientle list.
