I am currently looking into going into business with a partner for a small business idea, but will need some small office space. Problem is we don’t want to go through any realtor and would like to try to find space on our own. Does anyone know of an effective way to find rental properties that can be used for business purposes. Thanks everyone!

Hide Folders
Take a drive throught the neighborhood that you are interested in. If there are vacancies in the building, they will usually post a sign stating so.
